When you enter the store, you can smell the soft and gentle aroma of the soup stock, probably made from dried sardines. There were many seats inside the store, so we didn't have to wait. I ordered No. 4 New World, a rich dried sardine ramen, and a contrasting dish of Chinese noodles. Before eating it, I was worried that it would have a strong fish 🐟 bitter smell, but my partner's recommended Menu World was the best in richness! It was a new discovery for me to be able to get such a rich broth from fish without any fishy smell. The char siu was also very filling, and even though it was called a rich dried sardine, it had a refreshing taste. The Chinese noodles were also delicious with the traditional refreshing and clear soup. Niigata serving even if the amount of noodles is average! 250g is a lot.

Since it was my first time there, I didn't know how much to eat, so I ordered a medium serving of salt! ️There was a large portion of the size you would get at a normal restaurant 😅 The noodles were straight and tasted good ❗ It's a taste that makes you want to go again ❤️ I recently transferred to Joetsu, so I come here every week. I didn't know this when I came here a few years ago, but the dried sardines ramen is my favorite 🙋 What's more, you can choose the strength of the dried sardines, but the staff said they recommend twice as much! ️The best, up to 4 times more 👌 Everyone, please try it as you like ✨

Inside the store, there are counter seats, table seats, and tatami mats, and there are many tatami mat seats, so you can relax and enjoy your meal. The decorations outside the shop are also interesting. The toilet and washroom were new and clean and comfortable. If it's nearby, it's a store you want to visit❗
