Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜オーモリラーメン せいほう

I started going several times a week. It's old-fashioned Joetsu ramen, but you'll never get tired of it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bright and cheerful, making it perfect for both families and individuals.

I used it in the evening while traveling. I had the green onion soba. Although the soup was light and flavored with dashi, the deliciousness of the roughly chopped green onions kept me going until the end. I've only been eating Jiro-style food lately, so it was refreshing! In addition, the warm customer service from the staff at the store warmed my heart as I went home for the first time. I don't get to go there often, but if I ever get to go nearby, I'll eat there again!

Don't expect the quality of the staff, but the ramen was amazingly delicious. I think it's also good that it's not in the current age.
