Deluxe miso butter corn ramen with gyoza. Rich miso flavor with sweetness of corn and butter was a great combination. The gyoza was cooked perfectly too.

Speaking of Kurumaya Ramen, I had a strong impression that it was a famous ramen chain restaurant in Chiba Prefecture, but I didn't know that they had expanded to Niigata Prefecture as well, so I finally fulfilled my long-cherished desire to open one. I entered the store around 12:30, and the store was crowded with people who seemed to be regular customers, so I thought I would have to wait, but luckily I was able to sit at the counter. After waiting about 20 minutes after ordering, a large serving of spicy miso ramen (topped with spicy green onions) and gyoza were delivered. If you order a large bowl of noodles, a half bowl of rice comes free. The taste and quantity were perfect, and the price was ¥1,600. After eating half of the ramen, I started sweating profusely, but I was very grateful that there were tissues and a pitcher of ice water. I'd like to eat it for lunch once in a while in the future, but if you avoid the time between 11:30 and 12:30, you won't have to wait. With this, repeat is confirmed 👍

2020.08.13. First visit, first time for cars and ramen. Since it was 23:30, the shop was empty and I ordered a large portion of miso butter ramen. Comes with rice ^ _ ^ The inside of the store is also beautiful, and I am satisfied with being able to offer it immediately.
