I received an average serving of soy sauce ramen. Pork-based soup with strong flavor and not greasy. I think this is the representative ramen shop in Joetsu.

I had black soy sauce. it was delicious! 21/10/10 Visited the store and also received black soy sauce. The char siew was soft and delicious, and the soy sauce had a nice sharp flavor. The noodles were curly and soaked in the soup, making me feel full.

I ordered a large bowl of soy sauce ramen. The menu structure is similar to the store near J-MAX, but the soy sauce ramen itself is similar to the main store. The photo shows a large serving of white soy sauce ramen.
