This is the first Ramen Ichi of 2024. It's been a while since I got dumped twice at the end of the year because it was full. Today's Dandan noodles were white sesame, so my wife ordered white sesame Dandan noodles. I had a large serving of salted pork noodles. It's my first ramen of the year, but it's definitely 🎵 Past↓ Today as well, ``Miso Char Siu Noodles'' and my wife's ``Salted Char Siu Noodles''. My wife wants to eat white Dandan noodles, but because the timing is not right, she always gets black. I hope it's white next time. Past↓ Today's dish is ``Miso Char Siu Noodles'', and my wife's is ``Soy Sauce Char Siu Noodles''. Miso and ginger go well together and are delicious 🎵 I should have made it a special portion. Past↓ The first ramen of 2023 will be ``Ramen Ichi''. I heard about ramen from acquaintances during the New Year holidays. I've been there before, so I know the name of the restaurant is not good, but I think I like ramen. I like “Ramen Ichi”❗️ At the beginning of this year, I had a large serving of salted char siu noodles + char siu mixed rice, my wife had salted char siu noodles, and my daughter had white sesame tandan noodles. It was delicious😋 Past↓ Today I had the ``Charshu noodles with a large serving and strong flavor'', and my wife had the ``Salt ramen''. I ate half of each "Mini Char Siu Bowl". It's really delicious 🎵 Thank you for the meal🍜 I think I'll plan on having the "Miso Charshu Noodles Large Size" next time. Past↓ My wife wanted to eat cold noodles, so she ordered "Zaru Chuka Daimori". Me: ``Large miso char siu noodles and mini char siu rice bowl.'' The "Zaru Chuka" was said to be delicious, but it was disappointing that it didn't come with chashu. I shared two pieces of chashu. Wonderful marital love, isn't it?

I was intrigued by a magazine and came to the store. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious ginger soy sauce ramen. I love the taste and have come back many times. It's a bit far away so it's hard to get there, but I'd like to eat there again. The highlight of the ramen here is the char siu made with Tsumari pork, a pork source from Tokamachi. This is soft, sweet, and delicious. Ginger and soy sauce ramen's char siew usually has irregularly shaped char siu, but here it is topped with perfectly round pork char siu. Gyoza is also delicious♪

I stopped by on a random drive and fell in love with the ginger soy sauce ramen! ! I'm such a fan now that I spend over an hour going there. The white sesame dandan noodles and salt ramen were both delicious, but after going through the menu once, I ended up coming back to the soy sauce ramen. Purchase a meal ticket and be guided to your seat. There are about 2 raised seats, 4 table seats, and 5 counter seats. Since there is a tatami room, I get the impression that there are many customers with children. Inside the store, you can order extra special portions and rice bowl dishes with cash that are not available at ticket vending machines. There is a parking lot in front of the store, and there is also a parking lot at the back of the road on the right side (behind the store).
