This ramen noodle shop is quite unique by it's original Hand Made noodle and variety of Soup served in a separate bowl. The noodle has rich flavor and the soup matches to the noodle. The price is a bit higher than average noodle shop, but the amount of food for one person is more than average. I always become full and pretty satisfied.

I think it varies depending on the menu, but I really like the salted butter tsukemen. Zero calories. It goes well with the rice topping. The cheerful shopkeeper looks like Takehara Pistol.

I got the salt tsukemen. Since the amount of normal noodles was large, I ordered a small serving, but it seems that the wonton was served as a service, so I was full after all. It is said that the noodles were made using "Phantom Norin No. 61 Wheat Grinding". It had a chewy texture and a nice aroma, and it was delicious. The store was clean and comfortable. thank you very much.
