My first visit to ZIKKA-ken, which I had dreamed of 🤩 I've always wanted to go and I've been waiting for it to reopen! As you can see in the photos posted by everyone, it was my first time and I didn't know if the ordering system was the same, but the store manager kindly taught me! Thank you 🙇‍♂️ The system was to buy a meal ticket, then hand it to the staff and tell them the amount of vegetables, fat, and garlic! I had a medium portion of ramen with extra vegetables and it was so delicious🤤🍜 The soup, char siu, extra-thick noodles, and vegetables were all delicious👍 It was an addictive taste that made me want to go back and eat again😂 Thank you for the meal👏

I think this is the only Jiro-style ramen restaurant in Tokamachi. I heard that it had been closed for a long time, but when I went there, there were quite a few customers, but the food was good👍️ The staff's response was also good.

About 7-8 minutes on foot from Tokamachi Station. To be honest, I think this kind of ramen is a place where pros and cons are divided. It's the Jiro system. However, it is a cup that conveys that it is made very carefully, and I think that I want you to eat it once. If you like it, there is no doubt that you will be hooked! ! You can enjoy it at the counter, or you can enjoy it with your friends at the table. It is recommended to mix the "Karaton" in the photo with a raw egg (^ ^)
