More Comments at Google MapWhen I go to Beijing-san, it's mostly umani ramen or umani rice. The gyoza was also chewy and delicious.
I ate the famous umani ramen, and the curly noodles were super delicious! The umani was very delicious and I didn't get tired of it till the end. Next time I will have bean sprouts soba. The large portion is quite large.
A shop where you can line up in Kashiwazaki. I recommend the boiled ramen. Umani rice is voluminous. You have to line up until your turn comes instead of a system where you write your name on a piece of paper and wait. As for the seat, the clerk asks the first customer, "How many people are there?" When I'm in line, the store clerk sometimes asks, "Do you have two people?" I thought it would be nice if the timing was right. This time we went with four people, but we sat separately because there were just two seats at the counter and two seats at the table. I arrived at 11:45 on this day and waited for about 20 minutes to get a seat. Since it became a ticketing machine, there is no order-taking register and the turnover has become faster. Ramen is entwined with vegetables until the end with a thick bean paste, which is entwined with the squishy noodles, making it even more delicious.
