I don't like tsukemen because they're lukewarm, but since I can enjoy three types of noodles, I decided to give it a try. It was delicious! Even though I thought it was lukewarm and cold, it was delicious😊Customers who came later were really excited! That's what I said, so next time I'll order the heat. The noodles are thin curly noodles, medium thick noodles, and biang biang noodles. Biang Biang noodles are smooth, chewy, and delicious like wontons. The thin curly noodles are chewy. The medium-thick noodles are also chewy. At the end, I enjoyed the dipping sauce with the split soup.
