This is my favorite ramen shop. I had gone to the Inter store, so I thought I'd come here for a change of pace, so I came here for the first time. Order regular ramen🍜 It is very tasty. It's a simple ramen with spinach, menma, chashu, seaweed, and green onions, but it's very delicious and the soup has a hint of ginger! We recommend the chashu noodles! It's a filling type of chashu noodles that doesn't make your stomach feel heavy, so it's easy to eat. It's okay even if you feel the taste is bland! There is ramen sauce on the table, so you can adjust it to your liking. The gyoza is also delicious so I recommend it!

It is located across the road from the Roadside Station Nagaoka Fireworks Museum. I received "Ramen (Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen 800 yen)". It had a ginger taste, was light and refreshing, and was very delicious. I feel zero guilt. If you add the ramen sauce on the table, the soy sauce flavor will become stronger.

I come here to eat almost every time I go back to my wife's parents' house. I've been coming here for almost 30 years since the old store in Kitamachi, and I've grown to like it more and more. A refreshing taste of ginger and soy sauce that you will never get tired of.
