Lasted for 50 years and known as one of the best ramen restaurants in Niigata. It’s soup is based on Tonkotsu, ginger, and soy source- not salty at all. Something I want to have every morning. It’s noodles are produced in the building next to the store. Very fresh. You may need to wait in a line if you go there around noon. Cash only.

Very famous ramen restaurant. The original Aoshima ramen is from this shop. Ginger soya based ramen soup from 800 yen.
