This strain has the same characteristics as the famous store, but it has a relatively mild concentration that you will want to eat it regularly. The famous restaurants (there are several) are salty and addictive, but it's hard to go there every day. I thought it was a ramen that took into account the weak tastes of the Nagaoka style! The fresh komatsuna goes well with it, and even the noodles are delicious, but it's amazing to have such a large portion for only 1,000 yen.

I ate a medium portion of Char Siu Noodles for ¥950 + Amber Egg for ¥100. I like the soup to be thick. The chashu was also chewy and delicious. The amber eggs are also good, with a bit of a yolk, but since the soup has been added, it doesn't feel dry. I'm thankful that I can eat ginger soy sauce ramen at a reasonable price at Raigoji Temple, which is close to my house! was delicious! The best one is Uonuma's Ramen Kiwami. The middle portion is free, and on weekdays you can get fried rice for 100 yen, but it's quite a distance. It's great that you can come here easily♪ What was a little disappointing was the case that contained the disposable chopsticks. I wonder if the store is bright and clean. When the bowl of ramen was served and I pulled out the disposable chopsticks case, there was some wood chips or powder from the disposable chopsticks in there, huh? what's this? I had thought.
