A little bit of backfat. As you drink it, it has a pleasant sour taste. Delicious! I can't stop playing Renge. The noodles are slightly thick curly flat noodles. It is not the udon-like texture that is sometimes found in Sanjo-style noodles, but is a filling Chinese noodle with just the right amount of chewiness and a solid wheat flavor. It goes well with soup. It's hearty but you won't get tired of eating it. The only vegetables are green onions. But once you start eating it, it's even better! Green onions with a strong Niigata flavor are cut into thick pieces. Each one goes really well with the soup. It feels like you can cleanse your palate over and over again. I think I'll like green onions. Menma is a characteristic. It's soft and smells like pickles, but it also smells a bit like smoked incense. You may have different tastes, but I really like this. And it's chashu. It's exquisite. The balance between fat and lean meat, just the right amount of elasticity that doesn't fall apart, and the aged taste that isn't too salty...all at their best. Approximately 6 to 7 mm thick. I love this! The flavor was somewhat independent from the soup flavor, but over time it becomes well intertwined. A cup of impeccable perfection. I had Chinese noodles and half rice. The Chinese noodles had a wonderful soup with the aroma of dried sardines. The dumplings were large, and the portion of half rice was about the size of a normal portion.

I had the chashu noodles. I guess I should say it's soft rather than guinea. Apparently they accept orders for just one gyoza.
