I ordered Kaishio Soba special 1200 yen! The soup tasted like shellfish salt and was delicious, and the noodles were thin and straight, making it my favorite type of ramen! The chicken chashu topping had a unique texture that I didn't like, but the combination of the other thin pork belly, shiso leaves, and green vegetables was great🍜 Menma is a rare type and has a strong and delicious taste, and white onions go well with ramen! When I left the store, the owner turned towards me and said thank you with a smile! Thank you for the meal, I will come again!

I received the Kinme Dashi. The soup is clear and light, and although it is refreshing, you can feel the depth of flavor at the back of your tongue. I was able to enjoy the soup to the very end while enjoying the change in taste with white green onions, thin menma, and three types of chashu pork served separately. I like the rich seafood soup stock from Sanjo's back fat, but I have never encountered a tanrei type that has a similar taste, and this is the best of the year.

Menya Uryu-san The shop used to be operated by Tori Soba Kakashi. This shop offers two types of flavors, tanrei, tsukesoba, mazesoba, etc.🍜 It seems that Tsukesoba and Mazesoba take a long time to boil. Apparently paper aprons are also available. When I went to the store for the first time, I chose the special Chinese noodles and rice with chopped pork mayonnaise. The special cup comes with a separate plate of toppings as an extra❗️ The soup is light and has a soy sauce flavor made from chicken and duck stock. When I drank it, it had a mild taste with a good balance of sharpness and richness. I want to go to this store again 🤗
