The appearance reminds you of Toyama Black, but the taste is mild and the gentle aroma of soy sauce spreads in your mouth. I thought it was a very well-balanced ramen. The thickness of the noodles is perfect, and they mix well with the soup to whet your appetite. It tastes more soy sauce than regular soy sauce ramen, but it's not an artificially salty taste, it's an elegant taste. The second time I came to the store, I tried the shio-white hot water. It's also gentle and not weirdly stiff. It had a unique taste that was not too strong and had the goodness of plain hot water, but was refreshing and easy to enjoy. Shirayu ramen and rock seaweed are an interesting combination, but they go well together. The refreshing seaweed scent of the soup gives it a unique taste. The greens mixed with the soup were also delicious. It was a restaurant where the quality of the soup shined. You'll want to go again and again.
