More Comments at Google MapOne of my favourite ramen shops ever. Everytime I visit from Canada, I must go to Jun.
Probably the best Ramen Shop in Nagaoka. Yumy
This is my first visit in about 8 years. Visited on Sunday. The poster at the entrance said that from May onwards, Sundays and Mondays will be closed. Is it temporarily open on Sakai Minato's day? At the entrance, there was a sign saying "Sakai Minato". It seems that today we are open for a limited menu only. It is a style to purchase a meal ticket with a ticket vending machine. I don't know what Sakai Minato means, but I bought two 900 yen meal tickets for Sakai Minato and entered the store. Counter seats only. It was full. I waited on a bench for about 5 minutes and was guided to an empty counter seat. Sakaiminato seems to mean Sakaiminato. Ramen with dried sardines soup. Ingredients are 2 slices of char siu, long onion, spinach, plate seaweed, and naruto. Dried sardines are very useful. Today's customers must have come to the store for this purpose. In addition, there were quite a few people who asked for heshiko rice. Thank you for the meal. Addendum. Sakaiminato is a niboshi ramen made with urume sardines caught in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture.
