The old man boils the noodles, and a total of five staff members divide the work. Soup is delicious. It's not greasy at all and has just the right amount of ginger flavor. Is chicken the main ingredient in the soup stock? seafood? Which also? It's hard to tell if you're drinking it or not, but it's delicious. The noodles are medium-thick, straight, and chewy with a strong wheat flavor. It is even more chewy even if it starts to grow over time. The texture is thicker than it looks, and there is a response to eating. spinach. It is well fried. Shredded menma has a firm texture and an elegant taste. Aroma of pickles and slight sourness. Char siu has a lot of guinea chops. It tends to stick to your teeth, but it tastes delicious. The softness of Holohoro is amazing. If you're not careful, the noodles will fall apart. The tonkotsu ramen here is seriously delicious! I end up drinking all the soup every time (^^) This is a famous Nagaoka ginger and soy sauce restaurant, but I highly recommend the tonkotsu!
