The ramen has a thick layer of oil and doesn't get cold at all, which is amazing. The char siu is so delicious that I come here every time. This is a lean and tender type of char siu with melting fat. However, the gyoza I ate was also really delicious. There is one drawback: the ingredients piled on top without soaking in the soup are generally cold, so be careful.

Spicy miso was delicious

Charshu and Musashi are my favorite restaurants. The customer service here is good and the atmosphere inside the store is good. Charshu and Musashi are famous for their mustard miso ramen, but I really prefer their regular ramen. The double soup of chicken bones and dried sardines has a deep, rich flavor. The one shown in the photo is ``Ramen medium size spinach additional topping''. This store seems to be thinking about the customer base, as the noodles feel a little soft, so I feel like ordering firmer noodles would be just right. This is a ramen shop where every bowl is carefully made.
