I had a set of soy sauce pork bone ramen and half fried rice, and both were extremely delicious. It was also good that it was fairly empty and I was able to eat without having to line up. Some idiots write that the soup is thin, but in reality it's quite rich with some drizzle. I don't know what authentic tonkotsu ramen is, but it tastes great to the tastes of Niigata residents. I'll ask again often.

Eat Kyushu bean sprout ramen at Hakataya, a long-established tonkotsu ramen shop. It's even better with red pickled ginger and garlic vinegar.

The menu is an aspirational lineup reminiscent of children's top 10 favorite foods. I don't know much about the authentic taste, but the ramen was delicious enough. My son had Kyushu ramen and half curry.
