It is run by the younger brother of the Kashiwacho main store, and there are several menu items that can only be eaten here, such as the bean sprout ramen and miso ramen pictured. The bean sprout ramen is delicious with plenty of stir-fried vegetables, but since it doesn't contain chashu, you end up craving the signature old noodles. Compared to the main store, the soup at the Kanda store has a stronger flavor and the noodles are firmer (I think they are chewier), so I prefer this one (Kanda store). I'm also very grateful that they are open throughout the day.

Speaking of Nagaoka's Tsubame Sanjo back fat soy sauce ramen Yasufutei😄 Contrary to its fatty appearance, the soup is refreshing and the noodles are extremely thick! The pickles that come with the rice are also delicious 😄
