Today I added more green onions to the miso charcuterie topping! You can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles, but when it comes to miso, it's thick noodles! The rice bowl will arrive soon!! The volume is so huge that for a moment you'll think you've ordered a large serving! It was so big that I thought it was about 2 balls of thick noodles. There are table seats and a small raised area rather than the counter, so you can feel free to come with small children. There were many little kids in the afternoon today as well, making the tatami room lively. Later, from February 19th, we will open "Sakadokoro Ogaya" in Tonomachi, Nagaoka!! ️Business hours are now until 8pm. From 9 o'clock onwards, they will be serving sake side dishes and ramen to finish at Tonomachi's ``Sakadokoro Ogaya''!! ️The most important taste is delicious!! This is a famous miso ramen restaurant in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. There was something close to the taste of the ramen shop "Tsukushi", which always has a long line of people! “Tsukushi” in Toyama City is a famous restaurant in Sapporo, Hokkaido! This is the only shop on the mainland whose owner was trained at ``Sumire''! The miso ramen at Ogaya had a completely different taste than Sapporo in Senba, and I felt it was close to the taste of the famous restaurant Tsukushi. In addition to miso ramen, there is a wide variety of a la carte dishes and set meals, all of which are priced under 1,000 yen and the portions are large. Miso ramen was delicious! There is a charge for toppings, but by adding them you can customize the ramen to your liking. It's absolutely delicious even if you order it normally. I'm not sure what to do next, but I'd like to try the set meal! All set meals are delicious! The cost performance is a little higher than other stores, but the taste is good so I guess it can't be helped.
