I ordered a large serving of backfat Chinese soba. Ingredients are 4 pieces of char siu. The white stuff hidden underneath is sliced ​​onions, not white-haired green onions. It was spinach, rock nori, and bamboo shoots. Soup is a limited collaboration soy sauce soup. The soup is rich with dried sardines, and the noodles are thick and curly. The backfat and soup are just the right amount of entanglement, and the scent of dried sardines tickles your nostrils every time you sip. This is Niigata Ramen! The slogan was definitely a taste. It was so delicious that it was not limited to a limited time but could be regular.

It's a restaurant I've been to many times because it's absolutely delicious. As for the quality of the back fat, it's completely a matter of personal preference...I have no particular complaints. The background music was classical, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. I'm happy to say that I can enjoy my meals much more than before when I used to play popular songs at full volume.
