Inside the Nagaoka Fireworks Museum. I don't usually eat shio ramen, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. The taste of salt is pleasant, hot, and the char siu is also delicious. Next time I come to Hanabikan, I want to eat it again, Mr. Yashio. We also had a pamphlet!

I received the "Meat Salt Chinese Cuisine". The salt ramen is gentle on the palate, and you can gulp down the soup.

It's cheaper than Noroshi's Kanda store. However, they won't accommodate extra vegetables, but you can add as much grated garlic as you like. Personally, I like the taste of Hanabikan better than the Kanda store. I think I like the taste of the soup better. The soba noodles without soup are also delicious. Personally, I recommend it more than the Kanda store.
