I had a large bowl of Niboshi Soy Sauce Ramen. The soup, which combines rich chicken stock and dried sardines, has a mellow taste and is definitely recommended for chicken lovers. The noodles are straight, medium-thick noodles, and you can enjoy the wide variety of noodles that come later twice. Even though it was a large serving, I felt it was a bit unsatisfying, but I thought it was delicious enough to make up for it with the taste. You can purchase tickets from the ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance. Please note that this machine cannot accept new 500 yen coins. The store has 11 seats at the counter, and there are also seats on the second floor, so it's a clean and open store. Personally, I think it's an overall highly rated restaurant that makes you want to come back again.

Although it can be seen from the national highway, there may be few customers who try to enter because it is in a slightly secluded position. The building has a door reminiscent of an old storehouse and an atrium with thick beams. Ramen has a rich flavor with a rich dried sardine, and this type of ramen often gets boring in the middle, but as you can see in the photo, there are various ingredients, so you can eat it until the end while changing the taste. I want to repeat.

I visited the store I was interested in at the end of March 2023. It was still temporarily open, and the ticket machine wasn't working, so I ordered at my seat and paid on the first floor. For now, I ordered the dried chicken sardines and sauce fried rice set✨ I sat on the second floor, but there was no button and I had to call downstairs lol The soup is made with cement-based dried sardines and is of high quality! Above all, the noodles are very delicious 🎶 And it's hot and won't cool down for a while lol The fried chicken mixes well with the sweet sauce and goes well with the rice! I think we can expect Chinese noodles as well, so I think I'll try that next time! The difficulty of parking spaces changes depending on how the customer parks! It might be difficult if you have a lot of big cars 💧
