Returned to Nagaoka for the first time in 10 years. I felt nostalgic and visited Yokaro, which was taken by my dead father. I was quite hungry after working out, so I ordered ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. Fried rice and dumplings came first. The crispy fried rice is easy to eat, and the gyoza doesn't have a lot of garlic or chives, so you don't have to worry about bad breath the next day, I like it. The ramen was a low-temperature cooked char siu in a clear soup. This char siu goes very well with the light ramen, and I liked it, so I had an additional char siu. It seems that he has changed from boiled pork to low temperature cooking after repeated research during the corona misfortune.
