When I went there for lunch the other day, I was surprised by the lady clerk. I have used the Hirooka store and other stores so far, but the customer service was so amazing that I felt it was the best. It's like a friendly staff member at a local restaurant rather than a chain restaurant. I plan to continue to actively use it.
