There's an English menu for the non-Japanese speaking folks, so just point and choose. The staff seems to be equipped with the basic English language, and had no problems answering us when we were ordering. Pretty standard fare you can expect from the international chan. Not much crowd at all when we popped by on a weekday evening.

If you need free wifi, I recommend to be there. Coz it's inside of Yodobashi Camera, so you can use Yodobashi wifi too. It's just bit more people than other McDonald but Yodobashi wifi is very good,you don't need worry about the speed.

Very good I've coffee. The staff don't speak much English, but still very friendly and helpful.
