Staff friendly and helpful. Clean quick service absolutely what a Macdonalds should be.

The female staff, who was wearing a black uniform, was very responsive and we had a great time. I'm sure it's difficult because Mac is crowded from the morning, but the customer service was great and didn't make it seem like it was too difficult. Thank you for talking to the children so much. The kids looked happy too!

It's located in Sapporo's underground mall, Aurora Town, so it's easy to stop by regardless of the season or weather. There aren't many seats, so I imagine it would be crowded during the day, even on weekdays. The counter seats along the wall have AC outlets and USB ports, which are convenient. It's just a short walk underground from Odori Park, so it's convenient for sightseeing visitors to take a short break. However, it's underground and doesn't have a great view, so if you want to enjoy the Sapporo feel, we recommend McDonald's in Susukino. It's just a 5 minute walk. You can go through the basement.
