I love Lotteria's burgers. I came to the store just before it closed and was greeted with a wonderful smile.

I happened to stop by for lunch. I asked for a shrimp and drink set with a coupon, and I wanted to eat fried onions and minestrone, so when I added it, the clerk told me that it would be better not to use the coupon. There is a store clerk who can take such care! Shrimp was delicious!

The store staff are all nice people. The college-age boys are kind and nice, and there's also a foreign woman working there, who speaks good Japanese and works very hard. I always think, "Good luck!" while ordering a shrimp burger.
