It was my first visit to the store, so the store manager? I asked for a recommendation and ordered miso ramen with green onion and grilled seaweed toppings. It was delicious with curly noodles and a strong Hokkaido miso feel. There were 6 seats at the counter and 3 tables in the tatami room. I came here around 1:00pm on a Wednesday, but I was the only one there, as I took turns with two men and two men.

Is delicious! The soy sauce flavored egg ramen may look dark, but it's very light! Every time I try to challenge a new menu, I enter the store → Soy sauce flavored egg ramen + gyoza rice.

I was thrilled to be able to eat Nishiyama noodles.
