This time it is in Kamisu City. We asked Mr. Menkichi of Kamisu Soshindo. The store is deeper and more spacious than I expected. Besides ramen, there were various menus on the wall. I visited the store shortly after it opened, but there were already customers in the store who were drinking in the middle of the day (nice). This time I had the most popular Menkichi Ramen. The ramen is made with soy sauce, pork and chicken bones, and the secret ingredient is beef bones. The beef bones are hidden behind the refreshing texture that makes it difficult to believe that it is pork bones. What surprised me was that Menkichi Ramen contained rock seaweed. This is cheap at 800 yen, and the chashu melts so softly that you don't need your teeth. I also like that they serve one rice ball at lunchtime. In my opinion, it might be the best in Kamisu City! It was really delicious! ! I want to go again. The tori soba served only 5 times a day is exquisite! ! The best ramen with steamed chicken thighs in a rich salt soup! !
