When I tasted the soup for the first time, I could feel the authentic taste. The fried rice is also crispy and delicious. There was a lot of chopped char siu. I was allowed to go for Kaedama, but I felt that the soup was diluted a little because there were a lot of green onions. Next time, I would like to omit the green onion when ordering a replacement ball.

However, while there are an increasing number of spicy dishes, Chinchurin's soup is delicious! The general's concern really hits home with me as well as the soup. Even if you add spicy seasonings to delicious ramen, it won't become deliciously spicy, and you don't want to eat ramen that is just spicy. The good thing about this super spicy Nagahama ramen is that you can go up a level from the standard super spicy ⭕️ This time I ordered two additional spoonfuls. It was delicious to the last drop!
