Since it's my first time at this restaurant, it's fun to imagine what kind of ramen it's going to be while looking at the menu in front of the ticket machine. Be careful not to get too excited and get lost too much. It's a popular store, so it's going to be an inconvenience to everyone... (laughs) I like soup, so I chose "Salt Taiwan Ramen". Ask the clerk for more spiciness! Is it because of the increased spiciness? It looks like Taiwanese ramen, and it doesn't taste like salt ramen (laughs). ! ! The noodles were thin and had a good taste, and the sweetness of the soup that was mixed with the noodles was also delicious. I'm sorry I left it empty.) I'm not good with salty or greasy flavors, so the "gentle" taste that wasn't too strong or lacking was perfect for me. Next, I ate a little of the first mazesoba in my life, "Cheese Curry Taiwan Mazesoba". This is also a taste that draws back, I like it in Donzuba! I used to hate eating thick tsukemen in the past, but I was surprised to find that these flat, thick noodles are chewy and delicious, like fresh pasta. Next time I want to eat curry Taiwan mazesoba, and I want to eat mentaiko cream mazesoba. I want to eat various things, so I will go again! Menya Kokoro Nishio is delicious. I love the friendliness and customer service of the staff. A gentle smile makes me feel good and I like it. A fun lunch time, thank you for the meal. This is a collaboration shop between Menya Kokoro and Menya Hanabi, and the taste is outstanding! In November 2020, I received "Taiwan Dandan Mazesoba (with lots of garlic)". Even now, when I remember it, it was delicious with its creamy taste and the taste of spicy Taiwanese minced meat. In June 2021, I received ``Taiwan Mazesoba'' (also with lots of garlic), and it provided a consistent taste. The Hanabi series has a great sense of stability. By the way, if you have a lot of garlic, this restaurant will mix it into the noodles for you, so they will mix it evenly and make sure it tastes delicious. I would like to go again if I am nearby!
