Nishio, Aichi, Japan｜Marugen Ramen

I had a JAF discount ticket and stopped by on my way to my wife's father's memorial service. Like other stores I've been to before, ordering was done using a touch panel, and the cash register was self-service. The atmosphere of our store was also nice. I had the low-carb version with meat soba, and my wife had the low-carb version with pork bone soy sauce. It was very delicious. If you are health conscious, we recommend the low-carb version! The hot egg rice was also good. I would like to stop by again when I go to my wife's place.

late dinner While wondering what to choose (although I can't choose (laughs)), I was brought to the first "Marugen Ramen". It's big here! Isn't there a lot of ramen shops with such an open and clean feeling? I don't feel the stickiness of oil or the smell of ramen that other people are eating. It is one of the pleasures to see the menu of the first shop and to get lost. It's nice to be able to make various set menus and noodles with 50% off sugar! (I forgot to change it properly lol) He is "Karaage gyoza set" I am "dessert set" For the main ramen, I like super spicy, so I chose "Karamiku Soba". While he was eating Kaedama, I had the chocolate cup soft ice cream for dessert. Soft cream is the best! It was a mess! I can't stop smiling (laughs) It's not too sweet and refreshing, and it's just the right size after eating ramen. Dessert set is recommended. So, the order is messed up Here are my impressions of the ramen. Ramen is hot soup and steam! like. It's not hot or steamy here. It looks rich, and I'm not interested in char siu or meat, so I was wondering what it would be like to have meat soba. It was ramen style and the noodles were smooth and delicious. I was happy that the image was betrayed in a good way and it was more delicious than I expected! It was the first "Marugen Ramen". Take me again!
