I had the ramen with salt and soy sauce, but I heard that the soy sauce was made from bonito stock, and at first I thought it was too light, but then I started to feel the richness and became addicted to it. The salt has an elegant taste and goes well with rare pork siu, so you can eat it all the time even in summer. The rare chashu rice bowl that comes with the set is also very delicious and I always find myself eating way too much. If you like the sizzling ramen of places like ○○ Shoten, the impact may be a little lacking, but the ramen here is all about the essence of taste, so it's on a different level, and the ramen that adults can enjoy smartly and deliciously is exceptional. The aftertaste is also good and the overall quality is high-quality. Rare char siu is served in a separate dish because if you put it in the soup it will heat up and it will no longer be rare, so if you want to add a little more heat, you can try shabu-shabu.I don't understand the consideration given to the user, but I'm lowering the rating. It's a waste, because you can feel different contours depending on how the heat enters... It's long, but in summary, everything is very high quality, elegantly put together, and very delicious. I will be repeating it heavily.
