After work, I really wanted to go there for the first time in a while. The restaurant was almost full and people who came after me were waiting. The price was a little higher than the last time I went, but it was still just as delicious. When I went back recently, they added salt ramen and it was delicious! There are various seasonings on the table and you can change the taste. My recommendation is that if you feel like you're getting tired of the second half, you can add a little more vinegar to give it a different flavor! I highly recommend it and once you try it, you'll be hooked!

I received a regular serving of dried sardine mixed soba noodles. Mix in the dried sardine powder paste. It may not look good, but I had delicious mazesoba for the first time in a while. But it's too much for me. It's been a really long time since I couldn't eat it all and ended up leaving it behind. I think it's just the right amount of half noodles with a small serving of rice.

Did the chashu of Mazesoba come in one piece? Or is the addition of chashu abolished? I remember that it used to be 2 cards by default and +1 card by adding. When I visited the store on 2022/04/02, there were two pieces. We understand that it is difficult to manage due to rising prices, but we will continue to support you.
