End of August 2021 I used the Ise Expressway to head for Ise Jingu, and I was hungry, so I wanted to have lunch as soon as I got off the Ise Nishi Interchange. I decided to use this because it is really close to the west interchange! Immediately after getting off at Ise-Nishi Interchange Just get off and turn right and head to the opposite lane, so you arrive in the form of a U-turn. When I entered the store, there was a ticket vending machine, and I was at a loss because there were various delicious menus, but since I came to Ise, I bought something called Ise Tanmen at the ticket vending machine. My partner bought Miso Char Siu Ise Ramen. Ise tanmen The soup is rich and flavorful with a salty broth, Chinese cabbage is the main ingredient, and the roasted pork fillet is so soft that it melts in your mouth! Spicy miso was on it, and at first I had the soup as it was and enjoyed the taste change by mixing spicy miso on the way. I wonder if shrimp is used in this spicy miso? Shrimp soup stock was good. I had a bite of the soup from my partners, but they were all delicious and delicious! It was a very satisfying lunch that I could sympathize with the deliciousness.
