Chicken pork bone ramen. A rich soup with creamy bubbles, but also a boney texture. It's quite delicious. Might make bubbles? I asked for the noodles to be thicker than Hakata-style noodles, but medium-thin and firm, so they were just the right amount to mix with the soup and have a pleasant texture. Menma has a strong taste and a special flavor that is not a bit spicy, which I don't like. The chashu was thick and soft, but also quite salty. This is a negative point, but the soup is delicious, so the overall impression is high. I wanted to try the limited edition dried sardines, but they were already sold out.

This is a popular restaurant where customers always come in one after another even on weekdays. The owner is not friendly, but the service is not bad and the food is good, so I don't mind (personally, I think a ramen shop should be unfriendly). Sometimes a few students come, so it can get crowded depending on the time of day. This is a recommended store that I visit every time I go on a business trip to Ise City.

Around noon on a weekday, I went to a ramen shop in Ise City that had great reviews and that I had been interested in for a while. The inside of the store was very clean, and the menu was purchased with a meal ticket! I immediately ordered the Tori Tonkotsu Ramen with two pork toppings and pork rice! The ramen soup didn't have the typical smell of pork bones at all, and although it was light, it was full of flavor and delicious!
