Tamaki, Mie, Japan｜Satsuma らめｎ

My favorite restaurant in Japan. The Chashu (pork cutlets) melt in your mouth, the Chahan (fried rice) is top notch and comes in a spicy variant with a powerful spice level uncommon in Japan. The gyoza is also excellent, possessing a unique seasoning. It's been three years since I've had the chance to go, and I've been thinking about every couple of weeks since. If you find yourself in area, don't miss a chance to try this place.

Visited the store for the first time in about 20 years! ️The inside of the store seems to have been renovated and is now larger. I was surprised to see that the general was an old man (I'm old too)! ️The taste is just as delicious as before. Convenient parking lot in the back.

I had the pork bone ramen. It was delicious. I think the atmosphere of the store is good as it feels like a spot that only those in the know know.
