I'm sure you'll fall in love with this store just by such trivial words. This is the soy sauce ramen! It's right in the middle of the Showa style. The gyoza is flavored with garlic and grilled to a crispy texture. The fried rice is delicious! I think these three items are the best, with a good arrangement of ingredients. I guess you could call it a professional technique... Three items come out at the same time. It's hard for other stores to do this. I have found another store that I would like to revisit.

Visited on Wednesday before 1pm. Seated immediately and ordered immediately. Ramen fried rice set. Simple and delicious. 800 yen is a bargain. The gyoza are also handmade, so I think I'll order the ramen gyoza set for 700 yen next time.
