I only have a few more months left here in Japan, & I really want to know how to make the spicy miso ramen soup.This is the best ramen out there. - Can anyone provide this information? - How does he make the noodles orange? - What is added in the miso soup? Thank you for any help you can provide.

My wife and I go to this specific ramen place, at least twice a week! I would recommend the spicy ramen to anybody, And the gyoza here are so juicy and the best!

This is a ramen shop located at the Aobadai entrance intersection (just between Kitakurihama Station and Shin-Otsu Station on the Keikyu Line) along Route 134. The standard ramen is made with pork bone soy sauce, and the flavor of the chicken bones and vegetables melts into the soup. Soy sauce/salt is also recommended, please try it♪ Also, there are nice features such as "free green onion topping" and "rooibos tea always available".
