Visited around 11:45 on a Sunday. There are two people waiting outside the store. When I was waiting in front of the shop, I could smell the seafood. Expectations soar. Wait about 10 minutes and enter the store. The store has 5 counter seats and table seats. Although it was an operation with two people, there was no particular action by the clerk after purchasing a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. Another word of mouth said, "When you hand over the meal ticket, call it your own money." I put it down and called it with meat (with back fat) and sat down safely. This time I ordered normal soy sauce Chinese noodles in parallel. It's about 5 minutes after landing and it's a bowl. The soup was made with dried sardines and was very delicious. Delicious at first sight! It's a taste that feels like it. Rich seafood has a strong acrid taste, but it was light and refreshing and delicious. It is slightly salty and has a slightly higher salt content. Since it is full of meat, you can enjoy it by melting the back fat little by little while eating. The soup will have a mild and mellow taste. The noodles are hand-made flat and curly noodles. It's not a pyropiro, it's a eagle type and it's crunchy. It was so delicious that I regretted making it medium size. Noodles are the best match for soup. The char siu was cut to a thickness of about 5 mm and was responsive to eating. It was moist and delicious. The shredded menma was also nice. The owner was a little quiet and had a small tone of voice, but he properly guided me to the seat, and when serving, he handed me "Soy sauce ramen". I was greeted when I left. It's not loud, but it was no problem. I've never eaten Yamagata ramen or Sakata ramen, so I don't know what kind of ramen it is. I don't want to eat Kenchan ramen, so it's difficult to compare, but it was the most delicious ramen. It is a shop that I can recommend. It's far from the train station, so it's convenient to take a bus from Kawasaki station. The only drawback is the location. It seems that there is also a branch in another place, so I will try that as well.

You can enjoy ramen that combines handmade noodles and a deep soup. The location is far from any station, and there is no dedicated parking lot, so access is honestly not good. But it's still worth going. It was inspired by a ramen shop in Sakata, Yamagata, so the taste is similar to that one. It's great that they come in a variety of flavors such as soy sauce, salt, and mazesoba. There are a wide variety of toppings such as chashu pork, onions, and green onions. A personal call is required. You can add high-quality fat as a free topping, so be sure to try it. It's not as greasy as it looks and gives the ramen a richer flavor. If you like fatty meat, you can add additional toppings.

The handmade noodles were firm and delicious. The soup is also exquisite. The char siu was thick and had a strong flavor. However, the green onion and onion toppings were a failure. I thought either one would be fine. I want to come again🍜🍥
