Submit your meal ticket to the counter, order only "hard", and fill the self-serve water at the back. After 3 to 4 minutes, the bowl arrived safely. [Normal Ramen] @800 ○Medium-thick noodles (Sakai) ○ 3 seaweed ○Spinach (more) ○ green onion (small amount) ○ Char siu (4-5mm thickness/shoulder loin) Balanced tonkotsu soy sauce soup with chewy medium-thick noodles made by Sakai Seimen. Spinach is quite a lot compared to other family stores. A little green onion? There were 3 pieces of seaweed and char siu on top. It is a ramen shop that is very easy to eat and delicious among many family shops. …It was a treat (^^♪ I will ask again.

This is my long-awaited first visit as it is the home of the shogi player Nagase Oza. Nagase Oza's recommended kettle seaweed ramen has more wakame stalks than you can imagine, and the balance between the crunchy texture, thick noodles, and richness of the soup is exquisite, and you can finish it deliciously in no time. The Nagase Oza corner also had rare items on display that fans would be happy to see, and I was grateful that it was OK to take photos. It was a restaurant that was easy for even a single woman to enter, and the staff was kind, so I would definitely go back to eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

Iekei-ramen, not capital-based I was able to eat delicious Iekei that I was familiar with as a Kanagawa citizen. It's a little far from the station, but I think the taste and original toppings are outstanding.
