It's quite crowded at lunchtime, and there are often people waiting outside. I like all of the ramen at this restaurant, but my favorites are the tandan noodles and the soupless tandan noodles. (The photo shows noodles with egg without thick soup, and noodles without egg without regular soup) The Japanese pepper is very effective and I can sprinkle green Japanese pepper as I like, so I always sprinkle a lot of it (lol) The most popular is the special salt and soy sauce ramen. Also, the limited time ramen prepared by the manager is always delicious and I look forward to it every time! At this time of year, it's curry ramen, and it's really delicious with the richness of tandan noodles and the curry flavor! (4th photo) I don't like my family's ramen and thought I didn't like ramen itself, but Numata-san makes me want to eat it regularly. I was very happy because it was the first time I had eaten all kinds of ramen.

I went on a weekday night. There were several other customers, but I was able to get in without lining up. I was drawn to the award winning article above the ticket vending machine and ordered the special salt ramen. The clear soup is very delicious with a good balance of the clam stock and salt flavor. The salt overpowers the odor that shellfish soup usually has, so it's not that strong. This alone is worth going. The noodles are straight and go well with the soup. The toppings also have their own individuality, with two types of char siu as the main ingredients. Overall satisfaction was high.
