Seafood pork bone ramen. First of all, the appearance of the store looked delicious, and I came to the store as if I was drawn to it. Ordered a large bowl of green onion ramen. A type that purchases with a meal ticket at the entrance of the store and puts the ticket on the counter according to the guidance. 100 yen for a medium serving ticket and 200 yen for a large serving ticket. The soup is pork bones with no odor and has a strong seafood flavor. The noodles are medium-thick, flat, and low in water, and are often entwined with the soup. The char siu is a little chewy. But it also has umami. Personally, it's not enough to make char siu noodles. Spinach is firm. There are 3 pieces of firm glue. no eggs. It seems that the companion felt that the taste was weak. There is kaeshi (soy sauce sauce) on the table, so I should have noticed. During the lunchtime visit, the general was serving customers alone, but I didn't feel that the service was so slow. The parking lot is closest to the store on the left side of the main street. If you show the ticket here, it seems that you can get a topping. Instructions were posted in the store. The water dispenser is on the entrance side, and the tissues are in the back of the store.
I visited after 7:30pm on a weekday. There were about three customers in the store, and they were seated one by one at the L-shaped counter. I ordered the flavored egg ramen (800 yen) from the ticket vending machine. The rice bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. The toppings are 3 pieces of seaweed, spinach, 1 piece of chashu, and a flavored egg. The noodles were thick and well-cooked, and the soup was light and delicious. Personally, I liked the chashu. I sometimes get restless when it comes to greasy foods, but this chashu was moist and light without being dry, and had a lot of flavor. It was very delicious. As a side note, I use the same rice cooker as the old man at home. I think I'll order some rice next time.
