美食 in Kurashiki! Shodoshima Hishio Ramen! Unbelievable good! Best Chashu I ever had - stunning taste! The gyoza with hishio paste were superb, too! This combination of typical gyoza taste plus that sweetness of the miso is spectacular!

Very good ramen and gyoza, prepared by a solo chef who obviously takes pride in his work. Friendly atmosphere, although not that much space. Recommended.
