Ome, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen FeeL

Thanks for amazing ramen! This ramen shop operates by the “registration system” (not sure if that is an accurate term but, that’s what I’ll call it 😂). This means that you show up in the morning to sign up for a scheduled time later in the day. I believe the registration starts at 7:00am. I showed up around 9:15am on a holiday and there was just 1 time slot open (14:50). I order the FeeL Tsukemen Double Soup (FeeLつけ麺スープダブル). You get 2 types of noodles and two types of broth, soy sauce and salt (醤油 and 塩). There is a recommended way to enjoy the Tsukemen, the staff will inform you as they serve you. I could go into detail about what I think about the ramen but, it’s much easier to say this place is amazing and serves amazing ramen. The noodles are outstanding, the broth (both) is delicious, the chashu is great incredible, the 出汁割り is a perfect ending to the meal… it’s all amazing. Please try it for yourself. The staff was super friendly, I definitely plan on going back! Thank you so much!

Ramen shop in the middle of nowhere, but it is one of the best in Japan for sure. Very similar to Ita Shoten - Japan’s number 1 noodle. No advance booking required, just turn up and get a number ticket, come back in time, although there isn’t much around. It worth the visit if you are a reman freak, will have no regret of it.

They have value to take an hour trip from city center Tokyo. It’s located in Ome still Tokyo but one of the Best ramen in Tokyo for sure. Shio or Shoyu are recommended! Enjoy your meal and plum village Ome!
