Food was amazing and staff was very kind to explain the many in English.

2023/01/17 I had a large bowl of beef bone soy sauce ramen. The salad celery on top was delicious. I also ate a small chashu bowl. 2023/01/03 We lined up at lunch. What I ate today was Chichibu Miso Ramen Dry 5 with Garlic and Pork Bowl (Small). Even at its maximum spiciness, it was still deliciously spicy. 2022/11/1(Tue) I visited you for the first time in a while at noon. As we were lining up, there was an Ameblo QR code and an Instagram QR code outside the store, and the customers in line were all taking them with their smartphones. If you look closely, you will see today's ramen menu and the story of how it was created. So, the shop owner bought kabosu after going on a ramen expedition the other day. I chose Tsukemen using Kabosu. I also added flavored eggs and chashu. This flavor is refreshing and delicious like nothing I've ever had before. It doesn't seem like it's always on the menu, but if you see it, it's a must try! 2019 This is the only ramen shop in Chichibu that has long lines. The menu is like a limited edition menu that you don't know until that day, so you won't know what you'll be able to eat until you go, but that's part of its appeal. I pass this store every day on my way to work, and there's usually a line in the evening.

Beyond deliciousness, you can meet impressive ramen. Even though it was a Monday, it was a public holiday, and there was a line of about 20 people arriving at 11:40, and we actually started eating around 13:30. The menu changes slightly depending on the day of the week, but is there always Chichibu miso and tsukemen...? Tatsumi has been to the Chichibu branch twice and the Sayama branch once, but both times he has only eaten tsukemen. There are many people who eat Chichibu miso, and I always looked at it from the side, thinking it looked good. When I arrived at the bowl, I was convinced, "Yeah, I know this is good before I eat it." The blackboard said white soy sauce + chicken hot water, but I don't know how to describe it... Anyway, it was delicious. No, of course it's soy sauce and hot water, but it's a deep taste that can't be expressed just by the word. The noodles are also exquisitely chewy and thick. Best match with soup. Ramen is so good that you can't stop eating it, but you don't want to finish it because it's a waste. It's the first time I feel like this. Select “black” for flavoring oil. I love jiro inspired, garlic here too. Garlic never disappoints. The novelty of putting raw vegetables such as mizuna and onions on top is also wonderful. The tsukemen I've eaten so far were certainly good, but I felt the second half of the tsukemen that is unique to any store, but the chicken white soba has a taste that never gets tired. It's heavy, but I don't get tired of it. (Actually, the taste is so well-crafted that I apologize for the simple expression, "Kotteri.") It was really great. I will definitely eat there again!
