It had a very nice exterior, and I knew it was a long-established store because of the chopstick holder. I ordered Ichimaru Tanmen, but each ramen had different types of noodles. The tanmen was very delicious and the noodles were thin. This is a store I would like to visit again.

One of the best ramen shops in Chichibu is Choi Noodle Menya Ichimaru. This restaurant in Chichibu has long been famous for its tanmen. Last night, I couldn't drink, so I was dragged around to get drinks, so I went to this restaurant as the second one up the ladder. The ramen was delicious, but I'm a big eater, but the three people I sat with ordered the regular size, and all three of them were so big that they couldn't finish it all. I had my fill. The photo shown is Chichibu Tanmen, a new specialty made with local vegetables from Chichibu. It's also open during the day, so we recommend it to ramen lovers who are traveling.

I saw it on TV and it looked so good that I decided to give it a try. The noodles were thin and had a good taste, and it was delicious with lots of vegetables. The gyoza was garlic flavored and had a punch and was delicious.
