A nostalgic taste that I no longer see If you mention Showa's miso ramen, most people will say Dosanko ramen, which is the taste of the common people. For some reason, there are still 3 stores in Chichibu 🍜 One of the stores has been renovated and reopened under the new name Dosan, so I went there. I savored the Dosanko ramen, filled with nostalgia for eating it when I was a child.

I like Dosanko. This is one of the most delicious dishes in Dosanko. I think garlic gyoza is irresistible for garlic lovers. It's awfully garlicky. Kinneri miso ramen is rich, yet soft and delicious. The original miso ramen is also really delicious. The chef cooks in silence. The store seems to have been renovated, but to put it another way, it doesn't look like Dosanko. Well, it's understandable that customers come in all the time.

There aren't many shops in Chichibu that are introduced on TV, but even though this shop is a chain store, it was recently featured on the ``Himitsu no Kenmin Show'' episode introducing Chichibu's specialty ``Miso Potato'' and was broadcast on TV. I was there. I have never ordered the unique collaboration ``Pote Miso Ramen'', a Chichibu specialty, which was also introduced there, but in a sense, it is a hot topic in Chichibu right now. This shop is located on the opposite bank from the city center, but when I was little, I loved seeing Mt. Buko from this area, and I always drew mountain sketches from this area. The surrounding scenery is reset by the river, and the view is very good, with a wide view of Chichibu's famous mountain Mt. Buko from around this store. I think the number of seats in the store is a lot for a ramen shop. Even if there are other customers, there is a seating capacity of about 20 people, and there is a ceiling fan in the back room, which is separated from the center of the store by a door, so there are about 10 seats. The atmosphere was such that you could relax while having a relaxing meal. Apart from the typical Dosanko chain restaurant atmosphere, there are also many original menus that have been painstakingly created by funny managers who are sure to crack a joke. Depending on how crowded the restaurant is, they may be able to accommodate even the most drastic orders you may have. This is a famous Chichibu store where you can casually stop by. Even though it's a chain store, don't underestimate it. I recommend this shop.
